Data Rei Srl is an IT consulting and service engineering company. We work with organisations that cannot afford a non-compliant system: which is why quality is built into the process rather than added at the end.
Between IT and quality
Most of the problems we find do not come from technical incompetence. They come from the fact that the people who build the systems and the people who answer to inspectors use different vocabularies and rarely talk.
Data Rei sits in between: IT projects for companies operating under GMP, with competence in both systems engineering and applicable regulation. We do not translate between the two sides — we answer to both.
Integrity, transparency and regulatory compliance are not additions to the process: they define it. We select suppliers and partners with comparable ethical and sustainability standards.

How we govern ourselves
The Code of Conduct applies to directors, employees, contractors and, where relevant, suppliers and partners. There are five general principles: legality, integrity and honesty, transparency, respect for the individual, and accountability.
Conflicts of interest must be avoided and disclosed to management promptly. Supplier relationships are based on quality, reliability and fairness, with the same ethical standards expected in return.
On sustainability we report to stakeholders transparently. Both documents are reviewed by management at least annually and are available on request.
